  • We guide you through labs to get a full picture of your health. You can do them:

    • At home: ZRT kit (saliva + blood)

    • In-office: Blood draw

     

    Labs include:

    • Hormones: Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA-S, Cortisol

    • Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)

    • Thyroid panel (TSH, T3, T4, antibodies)

    • Vitamin D3

    • HbA1c (blood sugar control)

    • Lipid panel (cholesterol; fasting required)

    • FSH & LH (menopause markers)

     

    Tips:

    • Bring any recent labs (within 6 months) to avoid duplicate testing

    • If fasting labs weren’t completed, you may need to return for a follow-up
